Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without first contacting us for authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom items, personalized products, gift cards, downloadable products, and final-sale merchandise cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to complete a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days as required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, although timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
